since last night I have completed the first step, this afternoon managed to put all things together, Alhamdulillah.
Lets take a look at the following step by step photo of the whole process. Really hope I am doing it right the royal way...hihihi
Kalau ada lah orang Pahang yang baca ni dan biasa buat kuih ni, tolonglah betulkan resipi dan penyediaan puding raja ni ya... ;-)
The sliced butter fried bananas, all aranged at the bottom of the bowl
Then layered with the Jala Emas I have prepared earlier. Not the finest one, yet so so lah for a first timer like myself.
These are all the nuts and dried fruits available in my kitchen that can be used for the puding raja. I guess you can use others as well like pine nuts, peanuts etc. *The walnut was not a good choice, so I omitted that.
tadaaaa.....meriahhhhsss....looks so cheerful eh? The cherries really make it looks so colorful..
Last but not least, the custard sauce...you need to pour it onto the pudding when it is ready to be eaten. Yummy!
